To be honest i think its a good thing if we leave it a while, it shows who is really determined and who keeps posting. Not just post for a little while and apply for moderator.

yup you need to choose the right and active one, because not all staffs are active recently, so this staff application must go for a month or more so that the owners can decide more, and choose wisely

ah, my exams are till 24th,or i would like to apply.anyway, we should wait for sometime for choosing the right person,
when i started my forum, i made mods in hurry, the result was that the mods wouldnt come online for much time, so i had to demote them.lol.

anyway, it will be good if you make rank like 'supporter' or 'advance' and promote 2-3 members to it,after some time, promote any one advance member to mod.Smile
